Hi,
On the website angiomedical.com.br on the homepage in “Fala Doutor”, there is the modal in the title and in the photo.
It is working with version 4.9.39.
If I install later versions it works on the title and stops working on the image (it stops working in 4.9.40).
I have the following plugins installed:
– Elementor (3.9.1)
– Elementor PRO (3.9.0)
– Elementor Header & Footer Builder (1.6.13)
– ElementsKit Lite (2.8.0)
– Essential Addons for Elementor (5.5.1)
– Premium Addons for Elementor (3.9.39 -> is working)

To test, disability Elementor PRO (3.9.0), Elementor Header & Footer Builder (1.6.13), ElementsKit Lite (2.8.0) and the Essential Addons for Elementor (5.5.1), but the problem continued.

Hi @daniloend
Could you please update the version on your website and let me know so I can check?
I have tried to reproduce the issue on multiple testing environments, but everything is working fine on our side.

Hi @daniloend
The issue seems to happen because we made a couple of changes to improve the widget performance. I suspect there is a conflict with the plugin you are using to optimize images by rendering them as <picture> instead of ![]()
So, could you please deactivate that plugin, check again and confirm if that resolved the issue? If so, then please let us know the plugin name so we can reproduce and resolve the issue in our code.

Hi @daniloend
I didn’t hear back from you. So, I hope everything is going fine with you.

Hi,
Really is a conflict with the plugin that converts images to webp.
The plugin is “WebP Express”
I disabled the option “Replace
tags with <picture> tags, adding the webp to srcset.” and it worked again.
Thanks.
