 * Hello,
 * I am using the “Simple” theme for my form, which I have embedded using the html
   code into my WP theme. The form displays fine on desktop, but the bottom of the
   form is cut off on mobile devices. I have tried modifying the css in my theme
   to display the entire form and tried modifying the form itself (e.g., smaller
   font, etc.), but nothing works. Any idea how I can fix this?
 * My theme uses a bootstrap template and the form is embedded inside of a <div
   class=”col-xs-12″> tag.
 * Thanks!
    Aaron

 * I’m not seeing the popover at all on mobiles/tablets, even if it’s configured
   to show in any type of device. Popover should appear on exit in all pages containing
   [http://www.antoniocabral.com.pt/entre-quem-e/](http://www.antoniocabral.com.pt/entre-quem-e/).
 * Any ideas of what could be wrong?

 * aaronpd, can you give me a link to your site where I can see the form?
 * ecabral, exit only works on desktop. If you want the popover to work on mobile,
   you have to enable entry too.

 * [@mailmunch](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mailmunch/) – Thanks, but can
   you clarify “enable entry”?

 * ecabral, when you create a popover, you get 2 options “show on exit” and “show
   on entry”. Show on entry means X seconds after the page is loaded by a user.

 * aaronpd: this is happening because you have 2 different embed forms on the same
   page. you should have 1 on 1 page. You can place it at multiple places but there
   should be 1 form.

 * Thank you, but that does not seem to be the issue. I edited the page to have
   only one form, but still had the same problem. (I have now changed it back.)
 * May switch to Gravity Forms…..
