# Problem with Mobile API

 * Hi, we installed the plugin on our site with both php version 5.6 or 7.0 and 
   wordpress 5.2.4. Choosing mobile API when we add the account appears the upload
   icon

 * Thank You for writing in,
 * We are facing the issue due to Facebook’s policy. currently, the official Facebook
   security level is modified and maintained very strong. If the Facebook developers
   release the API with this security then our plugins also work but they are not
   releasing any API or do not provide any solutions for this. We are working on
   the alternate solution and soon will the update be provided to all our customers.
