# Problem with Meta feed.

 * I’m trying to create a Facebook/Instagram ad but there is a error message which
   I suspect is some issue with the feed.
 * _**Your ad won’t deliver to 20 placements**
   No valid products in the product 
   set: All the products in the selected product set are filtered out. Products 
   must be loadable or visible to viewer. Products must be active or published. 
   Products should not be expired. Products cannot be out of stock. 
 * Error still there if I create a small set of products that are meeting the demands
   mentioned in the message.
 * Status of the catalog in commerce manager shows all good and all products seemed
   to be uploaded. 0 upload failed and 0 issues reported.
 * Any ideas?
 * Feed configuration is set to standard of Meta / Facebook Catalog Feed.

 * Thanks for sending the log. The feed is generating correctly on the WordPress
   side, so the issue is with what Meta is reading rather than with what the plugin
   is producing.
 * Check the feed link on your catalog’s data source in Commerce Manager against
   the one in your WordPress admin under **Product Feed → Manage Feeds**, in the
   Feed URL column. Every feed gets its own unique link, so if a feed is ever deleted
   and rebuilt, the replacement has a different link and the old one stops working.
   Meta carries on pulling the old link, which is why a catalog can look healthy
   with no errors reported while every product set built from it still comes out
   empty. That is what the “all the products in the selected product set are filtered
   out” message points to.
 * If the links differ, update the data source, run a manual upload, then refresh
   your product set before building the ad again. If they already match, post back
   with the item count Commerce Manager reports after the upload alongside the count
   shown for the feed in Manage Feeds, and we can take it from there.
