Problem with menu and sidebar

    I’m moving the site. Old one runs on WP 3.5.2, new – is on new one. Theme is the same, Kipis. On the new site I’ve got white area on the menu elements and the same thing is in the widget area.

    The question is:
    1. Where should I look and how to correct it?
    2. Is it because of new WordPress?
