@juanma_07 Thank you for sharing the information. We’ll look into reproducing the issue on our end. It looks like Web Stories was not active at the time of submitting your Site Health information, so I just want to clarify if you were experiencing the issue with Web Stories enabled by itself?
hi Lucky thanks for your time!
sorry! Now i have activated the plugin to export my site health info. you can look over it here.
Anyway i was recording a video where you can see the problem tracked and reported in chrome console tab.

let me know if you need more details

@juanma_07 It appears in your screen recording other plugins are still active when this error occurs. Can you please confirm the issue does not occur when Web Stories is activated by itself? We want to rule out if there is another plugin conflicting with the Web Stories plugin, so it’d be awesome to test the Web Stories alone first to check for any issues and then enable other plugins one-by-one.
You can use the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin and enable its troubleshooting mode. This mode disables active plugins and switches to a default theme safely because it only affects the experience of the logged-in user.
– Please enable the Web Stories plugin and let me know if the issue is present.
– Enabling plugins and your theme one by one in this mode may help pinpoint if something else is involved.
– Note you can disable troubleshooting mode from the plugins page.
Hi there @juanma_07 Checking in here βΒ are you still experiencing issues with the Web Stories plugin? Have you had a chance to work through the troubleshooting steps that Luckyna recommended here?
@juanma_07 As we haven’t received a response, I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist. Thank you!
