Problem with manually install

    Hello,

    i try to install WP on godaddy manually, but after I create DB, move all WP files and setup wp-config file if I try to connect to mydomain.com/wp-admin i received this message:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_option() in D:\Hosting\2884824\html\danilosupport\wp-admin\admin.php on line 32

    Does anybody knows were is a problem?
