Problem with logo display in PNG format

Hi!
Recently I started using the plugin and everything was fine.
I used the watermark as an image: I took the logo in PNG format and in Photoshop made it 50% transparent and then used it on the site in the center of the pictures. About a month ago, the situation changed. All watermarks in the new media files became not transparent. I tried different options, but nothing has changed. Have you had any experience solving such a problem? If so, I will be grateful for a hint in solving the problem. Thanks.

Hi @simplestar ,

did you notice this issue after upgrading the plugin? We’ve refactored the plugin a bit, but if the update wasn’t causing it, maybe the server setup changed?

I sorry for the late reply.

My server settings have not changed.
The only thing I’ve updated is WordPress and Plugins to the latest version.

Why was my comment deleted? I’m having the same issue. I noticed that an update was just released for the plugin, and would like to know if this problem was addressed in that update.

I’m afraid this is very dependent on the server setup and various configurations of the library we have to use. We’ll try to come back to this but we are working on a cloud processing where we can control the software version.

I am also facing this problem. This error caused me to have to re-enter the files. The Regenerate Thumbnails were used when this plugin was in operation, so the watermark was show in bold colors. So I had to upload the files again.

Hello, I have the same problem. In the media section, the photos have opacity well, but then in the frontend it doesn’t have any opacity.
