I have to re-enter your login details.
if the refresh isn’t done when in iframe mode, the login isn’t executed on WP.
I have try all you described at axew3.com but all work ok.
Are you on subdomain? What browser?
By the way i will take as soon a look into this part of the plugin.
Can you try out a test at axew3.com to see if all work or if as on your test something change?

Comunque per il login posso usare tranquillamente il widget del plugin wp w3all, non è un problema, tanto sta già inserito nel blog, mi piacerebbe però che l’utente possa eseguire il logout..
Lo fa con tutti i browser (Firefox, Chrome, Safari) e sono su altervista.

Something is wrong on url setting, that aren’t pointing to forum.
Where is the forum installed, and what URL have you set as forum URL on wp_w3all?
Have you set on wp_w3all the option links for iframe mode?

in the “(REQUIRED) URL – URL of the phpBB folder” i wrote this: http://www.guidaworld.altervista.org/f
in the “(REQUIRED) Path – Absolute path to phpBB folder” i wrote this: /membri/guidaworld/f
in this “Last Topics and Login widgets links for embedded phpBB iframe into WordPress” i set on yes
if set on No, the logout done perfeclty but I get redirected on forum. I’d stay in wordpress

you aren’t running on iframe mode at moment, links are pointing correctly to direct forums links. Tested ok account axew3 at your site, with firefox.
I see there is no wp login out register (wp-meta) widget active.
Just to remember you can activate it, users can register/login on both.
