I’m having an issue on my website with the “list”, “month” and “day” translation for brazilian portuguese. On loco translate its 100% translated but on my events page it still shows “list, month, day” in english. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin but the issue still occurs.

I saw that there was a topic from about 5 months ago about this translation issue in german, but for my language this is still happening.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

Thanks for writing in with your question!

To start with troubleshooting, I would recommend making sure that your settings match the guide we have with this Knowledgebase article: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/managing-translations-with-loco-translate/

When using Loco Translate, please be sure to click on the SYNC button before searching for the strings, Loco doesn’t get new strings automatically but only when clicking on the Sync button.

Once syncing is complete, click the “Save” button. This saves your changes and your updated translation will be used.

In order to translate Views (List, Month, Day, Today, This Month) please go to The Events Calendar plugin in Loco Translate > Plugins > The Events Calendar – once you locate the language file that you want to update, search for these strings and update their translation.

I hope this helps! Let us know if you have any further questions.
