I understand you’ve added the link to the “GDPR” field of the form, correct?
The screenshot that you shared suggests that the link code got “messed up” which usually would happen, for example, if there’s some syntax error or some unexpected characters included.
The best way to do it and avoid such cases is to simply add link text (with no link and HTML) to the field content and then use a link tool from editor toolbar above it, rather than adding link as full HTML tag.
Did you do it this way? Or it’s not a GDPR Approval field?
If you still need assistance with this, can you point me to the page on your site where I could see that issue happening (such a broken link)?

It’s a checkbox with the check I ACCEPT so I’m using it for GDPR and the field used is checkbox so I don’t really understand when you say

The page is password protected since it’s a landing for an upcoming ad campaign so if you give me an email address I can share with you the link and the pass.
I’m very sorry. I’ve used the checkbox field and I’ve not seen the GDPR field. Now it’s ok and sorry for the trouble…
