• Hello! I’m working with Polylang (with 2 languages) and Divi, and I’m having a problem when I’m in a Project category (Custom Taxonomy) page and I try to switch between languages with the Language Switcher I set in my site’s menu: although the plugin is managing well the language versions of the different Project categories, in this specific case the language switcher is not working properly because its link goes to the Homepage of the other language, instead of the translated version of the Project category. How can I fix it in a way that, when I’m in a Project category page and I click on the language switcher, it retrieves the translated version of the Project category instead of the other language’s Home?

    Actually, I’m noticing this issue is not happening only with Custom Taxonomies but also with post categories, which is a “default” taxonomy. If you can help me I’ll appreciate it!

    I have some problem too and I’ve searched for answers but found nothing :s I made a post about it, I hope we get an answer..

    @mehdibmm do you set both language versions of your taxonomy? If you don’t have your taxonomy translated, you can translate it to all the languages and then try it again, maybe that’s the issue: that’s what happened in my case!

    I fixed it, someone told me that I had to make posts for each translated category and it worked! Thanks anyway buddy 😀

    @mehdibm

    got the same behaviour with empty terms / categories. It would be nice to have a workaround for this because some taxonomies are juste made to contain / list other taxomies and may never be checked in admin.
