Hi we have a multilingual site (EN, DE, IT).
For the English and Italian (Home – Gfluid) part the plugin works correctly, but if the users try to download a file in the German part (Home De – Gfluid) the action “dae_send_downloadlink” return -1. The only thing I saw that is different is the “_ajax_nonce” inside the payload of the function that for Italian and English part is the same (and the download works) and for the German part is different (and the download doesn’t work).
How can we fix the problem? We have Divi as theme builder and Polylang as plugin for multilingual.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Is there perhaps a caching plugin active on your website? It could be that the cached nonces are getting too old. If these nonces are cached (long enough) they can expire, causing AJAX requests to return a 403 forbidden error (resulting in an endless spinning circle in your download forms).

    Kind regards,
    Team Download After Email
