PS: In older version from your plugin it works fine.
Hi @syce,
Thank you for contacting us.
In older version from your plugin it works fine.
Which version is that?
Can you list the exact steps so we can try and re-create?
Are you using the Stripe payment form (beta) for credit cards?

Hey,
Version 3.3.15 works well, the newest version not.
Sure:
`We can reproduce the behavior in connection with the plugin “Germanized” and the latest version of your plugin. You put an item into the shopping cart and switch to the checkout. After entering all data, you click either Giropay or Klarna Sofortüberweisung and when you click on “Complete purchase”, the above error message is displayed.
If you deactivate the plugin Germanized, it also works with the new version, otherwise only with the tested old version. I find the behavior very strange and had also already contact with the developer but I do not understand the technical background, because the plugin does not intervene in the payment process.
PS: no we do not use Stripe payment via credit card
Cheers
John

Hi @syce,
Thank you for that info regarding Germanized. Could you reach out to us via the support page located in the Stripe plugin? We’ll need your help testing any potential changes that might be needed.

Hey @mrclayton
For sure, can u post the link to your supportpage ?

@syce the forum rules don’t allow for posting email addresses.
You can contact us via the Stripe plugin if you go to Woocommerce – Stripe by Payment Plugins – Support.
There’s a support form on that page within the WordPress admin.
Kind regards
