# Problem with JWplayer API

 * Hi, I’m using WP 4.6.1 and PHP 5.6.
 * I install without a problem CVG and get register myself for a free key with jwplayer.
   com
 * Got my keys:
 * API Key: ********
    API Secret: ************************
 * Go back to Video Player Setting and copy API Key in the box tagged JWPlayer License
   Key and save.
 * I believed that these are the steps for getting the player working but I can’t,
   I got the next message: Error setting up player: Invalid license key

 * I have the same issue. All videos at [http://myhelpnetwork.net](http://myhelpnetwork.net)
   have the ‘invalid license key’ error. Despite acquiring and adding the API Key
   as advised.
