The problem in when you register the block ‘woocommerce/product-categories’ in the file class-wgpb-block-library.php. This block requires the script ‘wc-frontend’ which has a lot of dependencies. My JS files increased from 24 to 48 files. Unbelieved. And the block is not even used in my website.

I’m seeing the same problem. Even simply having this plugin active on a website will cause the block editor (and all of its dependencies) to be loaded for every user on the front end.

Thanks for your report @miguelfspinto and @greatblakes, we are currently working on a fix for this.

As @miguelfspinto said, these files are required by the new Product Categories List block, we are working on reducing the weight and number of files required and loading them only when the block is visible in the page. So if you don’t use it, they will never be loaded.
