Problem with install and WP v3.5

    Hello, I have been using Easy Theme and Plugin Upgrades plugin on a number of sites, and am still using it.

    However, I just installed it on a new site with WP 3.5. Install runs without problem but the admin menu option “Install a Theme” does not show up anywhere. On the other sites it is a sub-menu under Appearance and it still is after upgrade to WP 3.5.

    I am not sure it is the combination with WP3.5 but this is what it appears to be.

    Any suggestions ?
