Problem with inserting a code in the footer.

Hi,

I need help with my site: cerjlalonde-edition.com and this is my homepage and the rest of the site is store.cerjlalonde-edition.com. My problem is that I am trying to insert an analytics code on the footer of the site and did it successfully through Editor -> footer.php but I notice that all other part of the site has the analytics code except for our homepage with this link – cerjlalonde-edition.com when I try to check the page source the analytics code is not there.

Can anyone help me?
