Problem with incoming links

Recently I moved my blog from a sub-folder http://manukhanna/blog to the root http://manukhanna.com. But the incoming links on the dashboard are from http://manukhanna.com/blog. Of course, when I click on any one of these, I get an error “The requested URL /blog/ was not found on this server”, because I moved my blog from the “blog” folder to the root.

Can anyone help me fix this?
