Problem with Import Large Table

    Hello,

    I have 4 table using WP table reload. When I import to Table Press, 3 small tables work fine but problem with large table (5 columns x 190 rows).

    I think there have problem with loading large table. The table just load half and the page is totally mess up.

    That’s all information I have, at the moment I covert back to Table Reload.

    Hope you can find out what is the problem and possible fix in next releases.

    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    This is actually not that large of a table, so that TablePress shouldn’t have problem with it.

    If possible, I would therefore like to take a direct look at this. Could you please send me an email? The address is in the main plugin file “tablepress.php”.

    Reverting back to WP-Table Reloaded is not an option here, as it is no longer maintained.

    Hi,

    just for everybody following this thread: After working with longnha directly, we found that there was some weird HTML code in a table cell, that messed up the rest of the table rendering. Removing that code fixed the table 🙂

    Anyway, there have anyway to use Fixed header in Table Press?

    sure, no problem, you are very welcome!

    Yes, a Fixed Header is possible by installing an Extension that does this with the help of the DataTables JavaScript library. Please see http://tablepress.org/extensions/datatables-fixedheader/ for more information.
