Have you read the readme.txt? It’s all explained in there..
Basically the images are displayed using template tags that you add to your theme template. They are not displayed automatically unless you enable the option, “Set Uploaded Image as Featured Image”, and even then only the first image is displayed.

When someone publish, when it will approve the post, it all comes without picture, several people said input image.

You can see the URLs of uploaded images attached to each submitted post as custom fields. Then to display the images in your theme, you can use template tags. Again, by default the images are not displayed automatically (except for Featured Images).
Well, you change de format post to “image”, for default come to “Standard”
