problem with html5 player

    Hello!
    My first day with SSP, it’s great!
    I am having a small issue with html5 player. In the settings I checked that it should display in full content, exert and embed. When I embed the podcast into a page (using the full code from the podcast) it displays the html5 player but it doesn’t work, no option to start playing.
    When I use the link to enter the podcast post the player works without problems.

    This is not the case with compact player, but I really would like to display the art album.

    Hi there. To achieve the kind of functionality that you’re looking for I would suggest using the built in podcast archive page. If you’d like you can customize it using a custom page template. This would alleviate the need for you to create new full post embeds every time you publish an episode, and thus the issue you’re seeing with the HTML5 player on these full post embeds.

    It indeed solves the problem of embedding every single episode.
    I am still not able though to display a player for each podcast directly on the archive page (user needs to enter every episode to see the player).
    is there any way to do it?

    Hello @mlodziezmalopolska,

    Under Podcast > Settings > General there is a selection to display the player on an excerpt which will display the player on the excerpts shown on your archive page if you theme is allowing excerpts. Hope that is the resolution you are looking for.
