After installating WordPress 4.1, I found on my site that the ´ and similar appear as “�”. Is this a bug of the new version? This is a problem with special characters.

How are you today?

Are you referring to html entities (http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_entities.asp) ?

If yes, it works fine on my wordpress 4.1 install: http://prntscr.com/5ijzx5

I also want to know if you are using plugin to make this html codes available for you.

You are right. The problem comes from Advertising Manager plugin. I updated it at the same time as WordPress, and I was wrong. WP works fine with HTML entities.
