 * I dont’ see any problems now.
 * What do you understand by “header”? It’s content or description? Better to send
   a screenshots with some manually added rectangles on it with titles like “This
   is blabla” and on problem pages like “Here we dont’s see blabla”
 * Try another or standard theme. If standard theme works and your custom — not.
   Then it’s a problem with your concrete theme.
 * I can offer here only custom paid rework.
