Hristo from SiteGround here, we can’t compress those resources because they are loaded directly from Facebook. Frankly, Responsive Facebook Page Plugin developers can’t do much either…

Hi Hiristo, thanks for your help.
ok, but this problem give me F(0) value on GTMETRIX and this penalizes me a lot.

Can you recommend me a way to solve this problem and raise my vote for this issue on GTMETRIX?

    Thanks a lot

    Hi @francof,

As Hristo pointed out, those scripts are from Facebook’s server. There’s nothing you can really do here.

It should be noted that these scripts are loaded asynchronously so they shouldn’t have any affect on page speed time.

Additionally, GTMetrix only provides recommendations. The “scores” are not as important as your site actually loading fast. You aren’t going to be “penalised” for a couple of async scripts not having gzip.

Please note this quote from the results page:

Not every recommendation will apply to your page
The recommendations are meant to be generic, best practices; some things will be out of your control (eg. external resources) or may not apply to your page.

    And also this link: https://gtmetrix.com/blog/pagespeed-and-yslow-are-half-the-battle/#dont-chase-scores

to further understand how best to use GTMetrix.

    Thanks
