Problem with Google Page Insights

I have installed WP Rocket with autoptimise but when checking in google page insights some of the autoptimise css is slowing the site down. I’m not sure why this is happening or how to revolve it. Any advice on this would be appreciated as I thought the whole point of this plugin was to speed things up!

All the css scripts below are being shown as render blocking’s and are therefore slowing the load time down.
