  • Check and see if you’ve got an index.html file in your site’s root directory. Some hosts put one in there as a default, and wordpress doesn’t remove it when it’s being installed. If it’s there, delete or rename it and see if it fixes the problem (but do not alter the index.php file).

    It looks like your temporary URL is active (when you sign up you are given a temporary domain name) and u have not activated your domain name – host domain has to be set to your domain name.

    Hope that helps, I’m not using goaddy.
