# Problem with front end form entry

 * Okay, this is a BIG problem ! I just tried to test the form on my site, I did
   it once, it worked. Then I did it the second time, it’s telling me the same, 
   last name, email, “already exist”
 * This is NOT right! I need people to be able to fill out the form multiple times
   with the same name. how do I remove this ‘safety’ feature ?
