# Problem with "From email"

 * Hi, there. I have a [site](http://chacrasdecoria.travel/) where a user contacts
   a hotel via a contact form.
 * The contact form sends 2 emails. One to the user, and one to the hotel. I´m having
   a small problem with this last one.
 * I have set the From email (in the email sent to the hotel) to display the Name
   of the User and info like this:
    `[name] <[email]>` Where Name is the name of
   the user, and email, it´s the email of the user.
 * The problem is hotels are receiving the email with the name of the user and my
   site email instead of the user´s email.
 * How can I solve this?

 * Try deactivating all other plugins and switching to the default theme. If this
   doesn’t work, contact your host support and ask if they are filtering From mail
   header.
