    Hi! I’m using this awesome plugin in a new ecommerce web site and I am facing a “problem”.

    At the moment there are two active rules:
    1) Free shipping for subtotal >= 50
    2) A simple discount rule base on user role that assign a percentage discount

    I did a test using that specific user role with a product priced 25,00 €

    If I added the product to the cart twice, the discount is correctly applied and also the subtotal is correct.

    But the free shipping rule is also applied even if the subtotal is less than 50,00€

    I assume that this is a kind of “priority problem” connected to the order which the cart used to execute each rule. But I cannot find a way to solve it.

    Could someone please help me?

    Hello

    Could you share the screenshots of 2 rules ?

    Hi, thanks for support.

    I cannot attach files. But I try to write here the logic as it is configured:

    1st rule – Free shipping
    Cart Adjustment
    Free Shipping

    Conditions
    Subtotal >= 50

    2nd rule – Discount by user role
    Role discount
    user_role – Percentage discount – 18,032786885

    Hope this could be fine.

    So you get subtotal less than 50, AFTER applying 2nd rule (role discount)?

    please, drag rules , so “free shipping” will run after “role” discount

    It works! Thanks a lot
