problem with form

    @jimenilla I presume this could be due to some plugin conflict. Please disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and WC Catalog Enquiry and test again. Let me know whether the problem resolved.

    I’ve solved as you said after i’had disable all the pugins!
    Actually , the problem was with Storefront Sticky Add to Cart plugin.
