  • Good evening guys, I have a problem with my site, I got the site already in progress and I have a big problem, in the footer of the site the person who edited changed a text and I can not change it, the site is http://noticiasdasgerais.com.br, what should I Do to change the part that speaks “ABOUT US” is not in the settings of the theme, thanks for the help already.

  • I don’t understand what “About Us” section you are referring to. Can you please provide a picture or more information on where this is?

    The part in the footer is “SOBRE NÒS”

    That should be your footer widgets. So go to Appearance > Widgets.

    In the widgets have no configuration, no information inserted, could be some pre configuration of the theme? Is there any way to get into the code and change?

    If it is not in the theme options or in the widgets then it must be built into the theme code or something. Perhaps contacting the person who did this for you would be the best idea.

    you can get at the theme’s editable files in Appearance > Editor.

    by default it selects your currently active theme, and the list of files (right side) shows first Templates and then Styles. it opens to whichever file you were most recently editing.

    try looking for a file called Theme Footer at footer.php .
