Problem with Firefox

Hi,

I’m using the plugin and all it’s perfect! is just what I need but I have a problem in the checkout page and costumers can’t complete their purchase. I discovered that
is caused by the plugin because if I deactivate it, all works fine.

When the customer try to accept the Terms box before the page, a window opens (to this page https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.chooseLanguage) and him can’t complete the order.

Can you help me to solve this? Thanks!

Hi,

Thank you for using CusRev.

After viewing the HTML code on the checkout page, I see the link to the page
https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.show&lng=ES

It is possible that it was added by another plugin or a block of code in your theme. Please follow this solution to troubleshoot this issue https://help.cusrev.com/support/solutions/articles/43000611175-troubleshooting-plugins-and-themes

Hi,

thanks for your answer.

Yes, the problem is due the Customer Reviews for WooCommerce because when i desactivate it, all works well. I really love your plugin so I trying to find a solution to solve the problem to not delete the plugin :S

Is there any way to solve this? thanks!

Thanks for your additional information.

But we still do not know what plugin conflicts with our plugin CusRev because it does not happen on my demo site which only has CusRev and WooCommerce plugins activated. Can you please follow the solution to troubleshoot the issue and confirm it works?
