Problem with Filter by Attributes widget

    Hi everyone,

    I’m using WooCommerce “Filter by Attributes” widget for a shop page and it seems the filter doesn’t work. The result shows the whole product again. I use Divi theme (blog post module, shows “Products”) to build the shop page. Is there a way to ‘connect’ the filter function with Divi so that the widget could work?

    Hello,

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your reply. Can you please make sure that you have created global attributes under Products > Attributes, and that global attributes are added to products. If you manually add attributes to product individually, the Filter by attributes won’t work properly: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-product-taxonomies/#section-8

    Hi,

    OK, let’s rule out any conflicts. Can you please temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then re-enable plugins one-by-one until you find the one that’s causing the conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
