Problem with file name

Ok, I downloaded the latest nightly build and was in the process of making all my custom changes, when I noticed there is a file named sidebar.php. Well this is a problem for me. I already have a page called sidebar.php that is the sidebar for my site. It is included in each page with a php include()
I can change it but I wonder how many other people will have this problem, not realize it and end up replacing their existing file.
