 * I do not know how I define FEATURED IMAGE.
    – I have first to upload images to
   the server? – How do I define in CSV file? – do you have a sample CSV for importin
   FEATURED IMAGEs?

 * It should be a url link to your image. Can be mapped using featured_image field
   from drop down.
