# Problem with Facebook for woocommerce plugin initialization

 * Hello.
    I have a problem with the Facebook for woocommerce plugin. Well, after
   installing it, when I go to the activation section of my fb pixel, I click to
   connect the store with the FB store, everything goes well until I go through 
   the process of adding the messenger, then activating the account on fb and instagram.
   Unfortunately, the process stops and I can’t click anything or go back. The process
   simply stops as shown in the picture. I would like to add that a few days earlier
   I had my WooCommerce store connected to the fb manager, but product integration
   did not work. So I decided to uninstall the plugin and install it again. I deleted
   the old connection. At that time, fb changed my account numbers to fb … or just
   old advertising account numbers, or catalog numbers were already out of date.
   I don’t know, I haven’t checked it. I am asking for help in this matter, because
   at the moment this plugin is completely useless to me, and I would love it to
