 * Hello,
 * I would like to export complex forms with dynamic list and tabs to an excel file.
   Which extension do you recommend for that? For the moment I have Contact Form
   7 Database Addon – CFDB7 but it does not allow me to do that, instead of the 
   data of my dynamic lists I have “Array”

 * The data is stored as an array. Not sure what CFDB7 plugin does with array values,
   so I can ‘t help you there.
 * I Use [Post My CF7 Form](https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-my-contact-form-7/),
   it has been designed to be fully compatible with the smart-grid plugin, and stores
   submitted data as WP posts. You can then use any WP compatible export plugin 
   to save your data as CSV files.
