Problem with excerpt generation when selecting "Number of words"

    Indeed, it is surprising because the word count is done after each space so if you have 40 spaces, should be cut. Beware of compound words with dashes, they are counted as one word …

    I just tested and I saw a problem with the number of words but also the number of letters, I have to correct it quickly !

    Indeed, there was a problem but I fixed it ! ^^
    Download the v2.2 of the plugin to resolve it.

    This does work better now. I’m still not getting the exact count. But I realize that the setting indicates maximum. But if I’ve got other settings like end in punctuation, etc. selected then it may be fewer than the 40 words I selected, which is fine based on those other settings. I really like this plugin.
