Problem with error messages

Hello,
we are encountering some problems with the plugin and we hope that you can help us.

First problem: if you click on the following link, you will see an alert which appear when you click ‘Salva’ (to update email). Is there a way that this message opens in the same page (or another one if we need to create it) https://syroop.com/newsletter/?nm=profile&nk=129-c47417e0a2&nek=20-2b9d579c8c&alert=Dati+salvati.

Second problem: in this site instead, https://ilcrogiuolo.it/it/newsletter/ if you enter gaelle@syroop.com to register to the newsletter (email already registered which will cause to show an error message). The error message opens as a wordpress error instead of inside the newsletter page.

Do you have any ideas or indications on how we can resolve those problems?
