    Hi,
    we use this plugin for almost two years without problems, but recently we have an issue. When someone makes an online inquiry, we (administrator) do not receive a notification, neither does the client (user). Until recently, it was all normal. We just made all updates on everything on the website and tried different settings as well as the emails to which notifications are sent, but we are not able to get the notifications working again.
    Please if somebody can help us with this issue.

    yes, I checked the spam folder and tried all combinations, also with two different emails, but without success.
    If you have any suggestions, or if you want to check on that web site?

    Hi dear user.

    We can’t ask for website access, because WordPress forum rules don’t allow us to do it and it is not secure we think(but you can contact us using our website contact form for providing more information, for example, what plugins and theme are you using and so on).

    Did you try to enable or disable the “Use PHPMailer” option from the notifications page?

    Also, can you install SMTP plugin and test if your mail servers work?

    Hi, thank you for your suggestion.

    I will contact you on your web site contact form.

    In the midtime, yes, I tried to disable “Use PHPMailer” and all is the same, not working.
    Now I tried with SMTP plugin and email from server works normally. But unfortunately, the notification from the booking calendar still not work.
