    Hello. The email for sending the use of coupon is not pulling the “email address” or the “body of the email”, but just the name and subject.

    Thanks for the message!

    To confirm, you are referring to the “New Coupon Usage” email that is sent when a coupon is used on a new order?

    I assume you can see the emails that are trying to be sent in your email logs, but the send to “email address”, and email “body” are empty. Is that correct?

    Are you able to share any screenshots of what you are seeing, please?

    Yes, its about the “New Coupon Usage”.

    All settings were properly set, but it’s as if the email pulled something “standard”. Even if I make changes, nothing happens. “From Email Address” is not change, also “notification message”.

    Also, I would suggest that the email be sent as soon as the purchase has been “processing” rather than “completed”.

    I’ve found what is likely causing this issue and will release a fix for this in the next update, which will be available shortly.

    Please could you update to the latest version of the plugin now, and see if that fixes the email body/message?

    Regarding the “From Email Address” if you are using a mail SMTP plugin (such as mailgun or sendgrid), this will likely be overwriting this setting. Are you using a plugin like this?

    Finally, with your suggestion, I’ll note this down and will look at the possibility of adding an option for this in a future update.

    The problem was solved!

    And yes, the SMTP plugin is overwriting my settings.
