Problem with e-mails

    We are developing a site where we want anonymous users to be able to create an event with a Zoom meeting link on front-end. We have the form working for anonymous users but when we hit create event no email is getting sent to the creator of the event or the admin. When we deactive the Zoom-plugin we get an email to the admin but not to the creator of the event.

    We use WP SMTP MAIL plugin and it works fine while testing.

    Do you know what could be causing this problem?

    Hi,

    Does it work trying other Mail Sending Options like WP Mail or PHP Mail under Events > Settings > Emails > Email Settings?

    Nope, we have moved on with another solution that does not require mail.
