Hi, I am undoubtedly being stupid here but can’t solve a problem I have with my online shop. I’m using the WordPress e-Commerce plugin. I currently have one product set up called ‘Glossy Print’ to which I’ve added two variations – ‘Image’ and ‘Print Size’. So in the shop, you can pull down a list of images and select a size of A4 or A3. I set this up successfully with an initial set of images. Now here’s my problem – I’ve added some new images to the galleries which I’d like to appear as options in the ‘Image’ variation. I’ve successfully added the image in so far as the name appears in the variation, but it doesn’t appear as an option in the shop. When i look at the variation list there is a column called ‘Count’ – most images have ‘1’ but the newly added images have ‘0’. I can’t work out how to get the count to be ‘1’ which i guess means it would then appear in the product set.

    Please can anyone help?

    Cheers

    Rob

Ok, so managed to solve this now. I was adding a variation from the variations link to the image variation. However, and not very intuitive, but you then have to go to the product link, edit the product which gives a screen where there is a variations section and two tabs, manage and setup. Under set up you need to click the small arrow next to the variation (in my case image) and then select the check box next to the new variation added at the start. So not the most obvious and user friendly tool but at least it’s fixed. If there is a quicker or better way to do this I’d love to know.
