I have had a problem with my site not loading from the correct index.php.
I have sweated over it for a couple days and now I’ll plea for some help. I thought it was a JS conflict but have traced it back to this. When you load the front page here
it works and loads just fine. Any other pages (even just adding a “/” to the URL) and the spry menu goes awry. It runs fine on my local install but the hosted one is all whacked.

Also, the home index.php is in the root folder of the site. There is a duplicate in ../blog. It seems that wordpress wants to load from the one in the blog.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please do not double post. You posted last night so please stay on your open thread next time.

It is a conflict issue. Open console using either chrome or firebug exstension for Firefox and let us know what it is returning when the error happens

I have checked it out and it is not a conflict but resources not not being defined.

I wasn’t thinking on the double post. My bad. In my mind it was a different issue.

I get that it’s not defining the spry (the .css and JS) elements, but I don’t understand why one index.php works fine and one doesn’t. The doc types are the same, and they should load the same.

Thanks for the input. I Found the error in a misplaced “/” in a link to a couple of elements. Working fine now. Still not sure why it worked on one and not the other, but so be it. Lesson learned. Time to brush up I guess.
