    Hello,

Using the Avada Theme, I activate the “Menu Item Visibility” option from Uncanny LearnDash Toolkit.

Then in my WP administration, at Appareance > Menu > Personalized link, the button “Avada Options” dissapears and I cannot customice that button with Avada.

If I deactivate “Menu Item Visibility” option, the button “Avada Options” is showed again.

In short, I cant use “Menu Item Visibility” option and “Avada Options” button in menu at the same time.

    Thank you!

    Hi,

This unfortunately sounds like a theme conflict and I’m afraid we don’t have Avada on any sites we test with. This is the first we’ve heard of an issue like this.

Our recommendation if there is a conflict (as we’re not able to troubleshoot site-specific issues with the Free plugin) would be to deactivate our module and try the Nav Menu Roles plugin instead. If that also produces a conflict it might be helpful to follow up with the Avada development team.

I think the problem is with the Uncanny LearnDash Toolkit and his “Menu Item Visibility” option.
I disabled that option, installed Nav Menu Roles plugin and get “Avada Options” again at menu items.
The message “This module cannot be active while Nav Menu Roles is in use. Please use Nav Menu Roles instead.” is showed in that option in Uncanny LearnDash Toolkit settings.

    Thank you!

Yes, we show that message to prevent you from using both our module and Nav Menu Roles at the same timer, otherwise you would have conflicts.

If Nav Menu Roles works with Avada then we definitely recommend continuing to use it. If we’re using Avada we will take a look at though; thanks for the feedback.
