• Hi guys,
when I duplicate a newsletter, I’m going to change some of the text inside the existing text field.
However, if I copy and paste any kind of text, this will always go to the bottom of the text container. Plus I cannot see it after I paste it, I have to click outside the container, so it will refresh and I see the new content (at the bottom). Even if I copy something from the container to change its position, this will go at the bottom.

    Hope it is clear!
    Thanx!

  • Try first pasting the content you’ve copied into a default text editor so it’ll strip all the hidden markup that comes with it. Then copy again from the text editor and paste it inside your editor. This should work.

I’m already doing this. But is not working.

The text that I paste always goes at the end of the existing text. And also with a couple of <p> at the top…

    Thanks for reporting back.

This is a strange issue. Please try with another browser.

If it persists, please try by disabling all your other plugins.

If the problem is still there, try with another theme activated.

This is not really the answer I was waiting… I’m using a Pro Theme by Themegrill, I’d exclude this option.

The problem is during the edit of the newsletter. If you tell me what to do I can try to do more test for you. 😉

Overkill, your theme might be forcefully adding javascript code that conflicts with MailPoet.

This is quite common. See this article:
