    I was wondering if someone can help me. i am running wordpress 1.2 delta.
   i made some changes to css but it is not showing up at all. i being refreshing
   the browser, clearing the cache. no luck. my blog is at [http://www.fusionrain.com/blog](http://www.fusionrain.com/blog)

 * some of the feature i change are not showing up. i made the background blue and
   it is not showing.

 * Solarpunk, refresh the browser/network cache using ctrl + shift + refresh and
   it should be fine.
    Chances are the css file is cached by the network, or the
   browser or some such.
