Hello @josmatic
First of all, thank you for your review and I am sorry about the problem you are experiencing.
I remember you opened an issue for this a while ago in the W3TC forum and also in the forum of the plugin you are using for Cookie notice which has never been answered.
Since the last post I am also using the Cookie Notice & Compliance for GDPR / CCPA and monitoring the behavior, and it’s been 5 months now. Every time I open the website in incognito or after a period of time set in the Cooke plugin, the cookie banner pups up again.
So after all this time not once I’ve had a problem with the Cookie Notice & Compliance for GDPR / CCPA plugin and cookies.
I’ve not even excluded any files from minifying and the plugin still works correctly. Now I’ve researched this more and as I can see the user is experiencing a similar problem with other caching plugins they are using. However, once again I am not able to replicate the problem and this is also the main reason why I find a 1-star review for this to be.. well a bit harsh.
Nevertheless, please let me know how the exact steps to replicate the issue including the GDPR configuration along with the W3TC settings enabled.
Thank you and I hope we can manage to fix the problem you are experiencing together.
