Problem with Content Template on page

    Hi,

    I have been using WPBakery as a page builder for a while now and have a template for content. However, when I try to add this template to the page on the Page Layout block and try to save it, it won’t save. Some pages will save with the content template, but others will not and will jump back to the default “- As in Theme Options -“.

    What could be the problem here and how do I solve this? I need to solve this asap, so the pages can be shown on my website.

    WPBakery is a commercial (ie paid) plugin.

    WordPress support volunteers here are not given access to any commercial products, so we’re unable to install your plugin and provide any support.

    Please contact the WPBakery plugin’s vendor for help: https://support.wpbakery.com/

    Note that this plugin is often bundled with commercial themes, especially themes purchased from ThemeForest. So if your instance of the WPBakery plugin came with your theme, you’ll likely have to contact your theme’s vendor instead for help, as the WPBakery folks will likely require a valid license before they’ll help you.
